Dishwasher (avoid high heat), Freezer, Microwave and Oven Safe. The stoneware is oven safe up to 500 degrees Avoid cleaners that may contain citrus. Metal markings on ceramics—While not common, metal trail markings do periodically occur on the stoneware surface over time dependent on your flatware. This is not due to a manufacturing defect in our ceramics. These marks are not scratches, but steel residue on top of the glaze left by stainless steel flatware. Using a combination of citrus cleansers and high heat in your dishwasher can lead to more prominent metal markings.
