Return/Exchange Policy
Returns -
- Regularly priced merchandise must be exchanged or returned within 30 days in the same condition as when it was purchased, apparel with original tags.
- Items on sale, discontinued, seasonal, and custom or personalized items are final sales and may not be returned for refund or exchange.
- If you wish to return items that have a gift with purchase or "buy one - get one", the free item must also be returned with the purchased item.
There are two ways you may return unused merchandise to us.
- You may bring it to either shop under above conditions.
- Email or call to obtain by prepaid mail within 30 days with a Return Authorization obtained by emailing Hello@ShopAgapanthus.com.

C.O.D.'s and items without RA's will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Insurance is suggested as only items returned in original condition are accepted.
Please call or email and include a note letting us know why you are returning the item and how you would like us to proceed with your return/exchange.
Damaged Items - We take special care to make sure all of your purchases arrive in showroom condition. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please call us immediately at (352) 672-6004 or email Hello@ShopAgapanthus.com. The packaging must be saved for inspection from carrier. No refund or replacement will be issued if original packaging is not saved to present to carrier, or customer is not available to carrier for inspection of the item.
Missing or Stolen Items - We will follow up with anything missing; however, once an item is shown as delivered by the carrier, it becomes the recipients responsibility. See more under "Shipping".
