Return/Exchange Policy
Returns - Merchandise must be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days in the same condition as when it was purchased. Sale items, special orders, custom, personalized items or "as is" sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
There are two ways you may return unused merchandise to us. You may bring it to our store or return it to us by prepaid mail within 30 days with authorization obtain via emailing Hello@ShopAgapanthus.com. Our store address is AGAPANTHUS, 2917 SW 35th Drive, Suite 10, Gainesville, FL 32608. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Insurance is suggested as only items returned in original condition are accepted. C.O.D.'s will not be accepted.
Please call and/or include a note letting us know why you are returning the item and how you would like us to proceed with your return/exchange.
Damaged Items - We take special care to make sure all of your purchases arrive in showroom condition. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please call us immediately at (352) 672-6004 or email Hello@ShopAgapanthus.com. The packaging must be saved for inspection from carrier. No refund or replacement will be issued if original packaging is not saved.
